On 9th and 10th of November, 2022, the 73rd GARTEUR Council meeting was held at the DLR premises in Braunschweig, Germany.
It has been the first Council meeting in presence since a long time due to the COVID 19 crisis. For more than two years, Council meetings were virtual and several collaborative platforms were used to have meetings online.

During the meeting, after presentations concerning the most recent developments in the fields of Aerodynamics, Flight Mechanics, Rotorcrafts, Structures & Materials and Aviation Security, it was discussed the organisation of the event for celebrating the 50th anniversary of GARTEUR that will take place in Italy in 2023.
